These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of swiftliftgaragedoor.com (the "Site") and the garage door services provided by SwiftLift Garage Door ("SwiftLift," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
SwiftLift provides residential and light-commercial garage door repair, spring replacement, opener repair and installation, off-track and cable repair, and new door installation in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Service availability depends on location and scheduling.
2. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
Any price discussed by phone or shown on the Site is a preliminary estimate only and is not binding. Final pricing is confirmed in person after a technician inspects the door, and you must approve that price before work begins. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes or additional parts or labor are required, which we will communicate before proceeding.
3. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and accurate information about the issue. Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to emergencies, weather, or traffic. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (470) 257-7192 as soon as possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with you before work begins.
5. Warranties
We stand behind our work with the warranty terms stated in writing on your invoice or service agreement (for example, our workmanship warranty and any parts/spring warranty). Except for those express written warranties, our services and any parts are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer parts may carry their own separate warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftLift's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SwiftLift harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to SwiftLift and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Brands & Trademarks
Brand names referenced on the Site (such as LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and C.H.I.) are the trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them only to describe the products we repair, service, and install. Unless expressly stated, SwiftLift is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or an official dealer of these companies.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, unless you and SwiftLift agree in writing to another method such as mediation or arbitration.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with your written service agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SwiftLift regarding the Site and our services.
